Vr The Champions is the title of QUEEN + Adam Lambert’s first live-concert film in virtual reality.

This unique VR film gives the viewer a concert experience like no other. The film offers everything from front row access to the ultimate on-stage experience together with the band. Captured in flying 3D-360 the viewer is taken on a unforgettable journey hovering above the audience and flying along side Queen guitarist Brian May, Queen drummer Roger Taylor, and lead singer Adam Lambert, performing on the grand stage of Barcelona’s Palau St. Jordi. Offering the complete experience of heightened reality, this film is captured in 3D and delivered with ambisonic audio to make this concert even more virtually real than you could ever imagine.

Jannicke Mikkelsen is a Cinematographer with extensive experience in 3D and 360 degree filming. Since graduating from the prestigious National Film and Television School in England, Jannicke has worked for Queen guitarist, Dr. Brian May, and Wildlife documentary presenter, Sir. David Attenborough in 2015. Blending traditional cinematography with 3D and virtual reality 360, Jannicke is at the cutting edge of entertainment exploration.

3D Creative Summit, (2014)

Jannicke is a cinematographer and 3D entrepreneur with 7 years of experience as a stereographer. She started exploring 3D filmmaking in 2007 and teamed up with Stereotec technologies GmbH in 2009 where she worked in an award winning team receiving the European international 3D society award for best live-action feature film 2012 and 2013.

 

Her entrepreneurial project “SlateMate3D” is a stereoscopic database and an onset tool to keep 3D continuity. She developed the computer program to aid her team, the cinematographer, and additional units dealing with stereoscopic data. The program was further developed to accommodate multiple stereo rigs running simultaneously for the Paramount Pictures feature film “Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters”(2013)

Viking village Flake's chief Halvar orders clever, tiny son Wickie to rob a knights convoy. The warriors have to take over but fail to see Wicki being abducted with a cargo of Eskimo slaves, who also carry a mysterious manuscript on the eternal ice palace containing the Norse gods' treasure. Wickie escapes, and the thief who refuses to help him comes along as stowaway. Wickie works out the manuscript, but before the men can sail, they are drugged and Halvar is abducted. Chieftaincy now falls by customary law to Wickie, who needs to grow on the job in several senses.
